I would be grateful if you could give some information and links about wallpaper, icons, and if possible upload configs:
frutex9000+.bespin
~/.config/Bespin/Style.conf
and frutex9000+.colors file is from:
/home/you_user/.kde4/share/apps/color-schemes/
or depending (on distribution) like in Kubuntu:
/home/you_user/.kde/share/apps/color-schemes/

Hmmm, I usually just make whatever icons I want in inkscape,
including any taskbar/systray icons in this scrot :) making
simple monochrome icons like that is like 3 clicks in inkscape :)

Really....That is something I might have to mess with I usually just re-color existing ones I don't really know inkscape very well. Is there a specific size that you make yours?
